This is an excellent book. Not only have I been successful using this plan, I have given it as gifts where others have been successful, as well. In less than nine months I was able to reduce my glucose reading from prediabetic to normal and lose nearly 20 pounds. My lab readings continue to be in the normal range. It is not a diet, but an eating plan for life, which works, and on which, you arent counting calories or points. I would give it a higher rating than 5 if I could.

Wow. Just wow. I've got everything this guy has put out and it's hard to believe he keeps getting better. But this is just about as good as it gets. He is aging well. Audio quality is phenomenal. Reference level for all other blu rays to compare. Joe's playing is wonderful as usual. The band is tight and we'll rehearsed. Back up singers add a really nice touch. Can't wait to see him live again.

Love the website , and their other cookbook. Found this one unbelievably confusing.... and not at all user friendly. Not sure I'd want to spend three hours cooking on a Sunday.... in addition to shopping and cleaning up the kitchen..... So , all in all , don't think this way of cooking works for me.... even though a few recipes look worth trying.

So far this is great stuff. I have been using for almost 2 weeks and the dogs gums are constantly getting pinker and their breath is getting much better. I would imaging if I keep using this, their mouth will be sparkling clean. I would recommend this to anyone with dogs. It works awesome, easy to apply and smells great.

Recently purchased this product, but I was extremely disappointed in product claims to curb hunger and provide energy. Didn't see a change in either one.😟
