Have only used once so far but felt a noticeable improvement in body and shine... Too soon to know if I will have new growth, but hair looks and feels MUCH BETTER! Also love the apple cider vinegar rinse

It's a little bigger than we thought it would be, but it's very easy to use. You really can grind with one hand, which I was skeptical of before it arrived. My kids can even do it one handed. There's a rubber cover on top and all you do is peel it back to fill it up. So far we've only used salt in it, but you can do pepper as well. It's definitely worth the price. We haven't washed it yet but it looks like it will be easy to clean too. We'll be purchasing another so we can have both salt and pepper.

Great product. I really like this stuff. Not only does it taste great, it works phenomenally. The first thing I noticed after a week of taking MuscleTech Pro Series Myobuild Amino BCAA 4x is that my recovery time increased a lot. For the most part, my workouts consist of heavy weights and high volume. And I have noticed a significant increase in overall recovery. I have not experienced much muscle soreness as usual (next day usually) and my energy levels have been up too! All in all, awesome product here guys. I totally recommend it for anyone. Also, I want to give a special thanks to the men and women at MuscleTech for allowing me to test this great product out. Great stuff!

Like no other ghost or paranormal doc out there. The film makers are hillarious and engaging while staying serious to the subject matter. The experts involved really bring this one home. Amazing film!

I like the bag in general. Only issue is that it doesn't transition from carry to stand smoothly. The bag likes to twist as you set it down which feels awkward. Otherwise it's a good serviceable bag.
