I used this product a long time ago on the recommendation of my dentist. I stopped sing it and then started using listerine on the recommendation of another dentist. Big mistake. This works really well to kill germs that want to hang out in your mouth and on your tongue and tonsils. It prevents the bad breath smell from coming back.

If you have one of the health problems like Autism or Fibromyalgia and are very very serious about getting rid of it then this book is for you. I don't so I found all the in depth doctor stuff the first several chapters to be difficult to get through. I think if you have yeast over growth or other gut/intestinal problems and you need to start your gut over this is a great idea.

While shopping for Shampoo and Conditioner last night I also picked up Tea Tree Oil for my scalp. If you all don't know this already I will educate you a little on Tea Tree Oil. I can personally tell you tea tree oil is an amazing thing, I strongly agree that tea tree oil is more effective than prescription medication. I use this oil not only for my scalp, I use it on my feet as well. You will not be dissatisfied . I am using this for my daughters Acne as well and so far is it working pretty well.
