Hey all, normally I don't write reviews - in fact, this would be my first haha but the reviews giving this product low ratings encouraged me to defend it. I am a female college athlete and would consider myself to be in good shape. 5'8" and 170 pounds with muscle and of course some of that stubborn fat that I wanted to rid myself of. I did this cleanse with my younger brother - seeing it as a challenge, and as a way of changing my somewhat unhealthy eating habits into good ones. I wanted to cleanse my body of toxins and start new!....and of course, lose that stubborn fat. The product claimed it did both so my brother and I gave it a try.

I used to use St. Ives scrubs all the time and loved them. The little scrubbing balls have since been out lawed because it's said they go into the ocean and fish eat them and then we eat them and it's now hazardous.

I'm a little disappointed with this product. When I used it for the first time, I was quite happy with its design and its quality. The only defect is the holder to be attached to ears. The design is not perfect, so when using it the earbud is not inside the ear at all. So the sound is pretty small. If you don't use the holder, the earbuds always falls out of ears when running or jumping. Well, considering the price, this is not unacceptable.
