What a pleasant surprise! I'm always a fan of trying new foods...and I don't always like them. But beef jerky is a difficult one to dislike. Because this originates in South Africa, you have to expect a slightly different product than the standard American, super-processed fare, with 10+ ingredients. This product only has SIX ingredients, and you can pronounce/be familiar with them all!!!! It is made from 100% grass fed beef (not all grass-fed products are 100% fed from grass, but often are subsidized with grain), and a delicious marinade of spices and vinegar. Due to a health condition, I've had to learn to be more health-conscious and I cannot eat processed/artificial products. So, I was very happy to find this. Not processed and very pure!
This book had me at the description but it is so much more. How many of us struggle to be the person we think we should be at the cost of who we truly are? Denying ourselves of a true being is a terrible waste of a life. We should learn from Adam and Diana and choose to be who we truly are. Thank you for this beautiful story. I wait impatiently to see how these two beautiful yet struggling people find their way.
I haven't made any recipe from the book, but someone said that it contains every recipe from the HP books and I was VERY disappointed to find NO butterbeer recipe!
It was a great tool to study for HESI and NCLEX besides preparing me for my Kaplan testing. I did my Kaplan pretest and scored an 86%; I would definitely recommend it to anyone preparing for state boards.
I am not recommending any kind of formulas at all, unless there is an emergency. We had to use this in the first few days since the breast milk was not enough for the baby. But now kind of stopped using it.
Purchased this product last week and am returning it. As other reviewers noted, you cannot use the organizer and recline the seat (when forward facing). So I was finding myself undoing one side of the organizer to recline the seat so my daughter could nap. I had higher hopes for this product but it's just not functional and certainly not worth $25. Save your $!
