Fast delivery and a good price. The ornament itself is a bit "clunky" - not as delicate as some in the past.

I routinely take melatonin at night to help me fall asleep. I generally take 3 mg but sometimes I decide to take 5 mg if I have really had a busy or stressful day. In this particular tablet there are only 2 mg of melatonin in each tablet. So if I were to take two tablets it would give me 4 mg of melatonin which is right around in the same area as what I take already. I think it is important to go over what they claim this pill does and the experiences I really had with it.

I bought this product I could only use it twice...it smells just aweful....like running shoe that were worn wet to many times....I had to return.... it may work but I can't get past the smell...yuK!!
