    These cleats are just what I wanted. I didnt want to look like s die hard cyclist but have the benefits of riding with cleats. Called Nashbar up verify they would fit with certain Spd pedals at 8:30 pm central time and were very helpful.

    We've only had our Sole F80 Treadmill for about three weeks; so far we love it. I did some research, looked for customer satisfaction, ease of use, noise factor, warranty details, etc. I chose this machine and am very happy with it. It's fairly quiet and most important, it offers a good workout. The treadmill is sturdy and sound and I'm sure it'll hold out for as long as we have it. Also, amazon.com's delivery service was spectacular! I read reviews otherwise, but my delivery was perfect, a team of two who worked together, very professional and very nice.

    This game is top notch and agree with the other reviewers about its quality and fun factor. It is definitely a great time and really can work you hard (my muscles are all sore today). I hate that boot camp guy when he yells "Knees Higher!" at me, but he is just doing his job.

    Seems pretty good after I put an SSD in it....you know it's time that all laptops have SSD's as standard.....please no more 5400 rpm HD's!! Also upon removing the MB to install more memory I found no expansion slot...just 4gb of RAM soddered to the board. So it's limited to 4gb RAM. If anyone sees different please let me know. All-in-all can't complain for the price.
