  • Ruth M. - Great book

Followed the diet with a friend of mine she lost 5 pounds I lost 3 pounds and 3 percent body fat both of us are in good athletic shape. I would recommend this to anyone. You eat real food all part of the recipes included and you are never hungry. The hardest part is the sugar triggers because sugar is 8 times as addictive is cocaine so your brain asks for it constantly. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change to eat healthy. If nothing else the book is very informative even if you don't do the diet. I did use the one fiber supplement that was recommended but other than that there is nothing the book is trying to sell you. Good Luck!

  • Terry in Boise - Amazing!!!!!

Wow! My son told me about this fast charger. I had seen one advertised on TV with the new Samsung Galaxy S7. My old Galaxy had a meltdown due to the charging port being damaged. Hundreds and hundreds of times putting the USB cord end in & out of the cell phone caused the damage. I put my new phone on top of this charger and the magic begins. It's wonderful!!! This Pleson is awesome and costs so much less than some of the other brand names. Charges phone quickly. Don't hesitate if you have a phone that has the built-in capacity to use one of these. Worth every single penny!!!!

  • Kay Billions - Good and Reliable Powerbank

I am very impressed with this power bank; light and very powerful. I had two other brands purchased from different Merchants that couldn't stand test of time. Gatcepot brand has been reliable and I am willing to buy another for my wife

  • Cheryl Taylor - I thoroughly enjoyed this book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. If you are a fan of the Hunger Games or Divergent series you will enjoy this also. But don't think it is a copy because there are lots of twists and turns that will leave you in suspense. A great concept of societies one ruled by men and one by women. Can't wait for the next book in the series. Believe me you will not be disappointed.

  • Russ - Great for any height or ability.

As I have begun to learn, hiking around the coast can be adventurous, but at the same time it has quite the level of danger if you don't bring along the right equipment. That is where this trekking pole comes in. I have been looking to stock up my gear bag for quite some time, I noticed I was missing one, so when I was offered this pole in exchange for my honest opinion, I accepted. Let me start off by saying this is a great pole. It folds up under 2' small, so its easy to tuck in a bag or carry along, and extends to over 4 1/2' full length, so anyone can use it. The handle fits nicely in my hand, which is hard to do since I have massive picker uppers, and the wrist strap is so comfortable you forget it's even there. The pole does feel a little weak at first, but after tightening the movable joints an extra turn removed that problem immediately. The tip is a nice comfort grip, that clings to sidewalk and asphalt with ease, and even comes with an attachment tip for slippery terrain, making this a year round pole.

  • Gabby - The "1 inch nut" on the end of the cap makes changing my oil filter a non-hassle event.

1st off, a HUGE kudos to: By Rust Never Sleeps on September 9, 2012 This review is invaluable, please heed his advise. As for my 2 cents? My main reason for loving this oil filter is: The "1 inch nut" on the end of the cap makes changing my oil filter a non-hassle event.
