I'm really 50/50 on the book. I really like how Goldratt explains the importance of Lean and looking at bottlenecks throughout your plant's processes and how to correct them. I hate the melodramatic home life of the main character. Everytime the story goes back to the problems with his personal life I skimmed through them. I understand why the book is set up this way because Goldratt wants to illustrate how there are many factors outside of work which can compound stress and how the reader should really think about their work/life balance but it is not very good. I would hope if I worked at a plant that was shutting down, and if it does, I'm out of a job which means I would not be able to provide for my family, my wife would be a little more understanding than the protaganost's wife is acting in the book. I wish this book's narrative only took place in the plant. I also realize you're not reading this book just for the narrative.

DO NOT BUY IF USING FOR A LARGE LED BAR!!! I had to buy and replace all the wire because the wire gage was way too small (18ga) I replaced with 10ga, the wire got too hot too the touch. It would be great for a smaller set up. I used a 42" light bar

I have a laptop that I use to input recipes from my many recipe books as needed and then transfer to my desktop for main use. Bought this program then realized that one license = only one computer. Had to request a refund. Useless if you have a family with more than one computer. You're suppose to un-register one computer to register another so I have to wonder, if something happened to the one registered computer, how could the replacement computer be registered? I'd give this program another chance if they loosened their license just a little.

Initially when I started using this product, it made my eyes itchy but after 3 days it seemed to go away. This is super easy to apply and is of a clear color. I was putting it on in the morning at first, but decided that it was better to put this on before bed. You do need to make sure that you apply this at the root of your eyelashes which can be a little difficult at first. Just be sure not to apply it on your eyelashes like you would a mascara or it will not be as effective. I started to notice small growth after 3 weeks. You are not going to see growth overnight but if you give it some time you will start to see small natural growth. This is the first time I have used a product like this and am happy with it. It did receive this product for a discount in exchange for my honest opinion which is 100% my own.

Purchased TurboTax Business last year for 2012 taxes and this year for 2013 taxes. Last year I had so may problems that a Tax Analyst Programmer was assigned by Bob Meighan, VP customer advocacy to look into the issues I was having. The issues were finally resolved. This year again problems. I gave up on using TurboTax Business. After the rush of tax season I called in to return the product. I provided the reason, evidence that a tax accountant had to do the return, etc. When I called to check on the status, they say they won't refund. After I threw more money on the purchase by shipping it to them, Turbotax changes their mind and refuses to refund.

I had a creator product in the past and that software was great. I assumed because of it's predessors I would hang my hat on that reputation, however it would appear that limited in its abilities and software probroblems right out the box. Returned the product because I could not get it to work.
