  • Barbara L. Hammonds - I love this stuff !

It really IS non-stick. If you keep the dull side up in your baking pan or baking sheet, whatever you put on there will not stick. And it is heavy duty enough not to tear and split . Will buy again and again.

  • Jenny - Unrealistic, expensive & repetitious... not for your average person.

I wish these career celebrity doctors would come down to earth and try to walk a mile in our shoes. This is not a diet for your every day person. It's very difficult to follow, time consuming, unsustainable over the long haul, and expensive. I found the reading to be repetitious and confusing. Personally I feel it's a conflict of interest when these doctors use their books to promote their own brand of supplements. Save your money and do a little research. You don't need expensive supplements to be healthy. If you want to try a more realistic program, I highly recommend the book called "It Starts With Food". For that matter you don't even have to buy the book to do the program. Just Google "The Whole 30" and visit their website. You will find a section where you can download the basic plan and if you join their forum you will get LOTS of support. Just read the reviews on the book and talk with some of the people who have been through the program. It's been life changing and people of all ages and from every walk of life are reporting significant improvement in their health. You don't need to spend a fortune on expensive supplements and foods. As long as you follow their guidelines (which are basically Paleo) you can eat anything you want from your pantry, and for pity sake, if you must buy supplements, there are plenty of companies out there that offer supplementation much more affordable than what some of these celebrity doctors try to pawn off on us. Try the Puritan's Pride website and you will find some great deals there. Save your money and just follow common sense: Eat mostly plants, lean proteins, healthy fats and cut back on carbs and sugars. Watch your portions and do some form of exercise every day. Best of luck.

  • Christine Flower - Not What I Expected

If you want to lose weight in your thighs, do cardio and watch youtube videos of thigh workouts, or go to the gym. This thigh master does not work, it hurts your inner thighs in the first five minutes of use - and NOT from burning fat - but because it is uncomfortable.

  • DEEJAY - Great Product Good Price!

Took this product along with Best Nattokinase and where I was formerly feeling a pressure on either side of my neck whenever I sat forward I no longer have this problem. I could feel the pressure melting away after only taking the product for 1 week. I will continue to take these products every few months to ensure to keep my arteries clear. I also recommended them to an aunt who had a stroke with 75% blockage in her carotid. She is now doing extremely well and is making a comeback. I will continue to recommend these products to anyone who will listen.

  • Everett J. Hannan - Something that actually works

This is a great product for reducing brown spots. It took about three weeks of application am and pm before I saw dramatic results (75% reduction). The smell is fresh and the texture light. Does not feel oily or sticky. It is expensive but works well and lasts quite a while. With all the false advertisement out there, it is refreshing to find a product that does what it says.
