My podiatrist recommended using a cream with the ingredient arnica. I did some on line research and found penetrex had this as a main ingredient. I also saw some amazing reviews and decided it was definitely worth a try. Penetrex was not the "miracle cure" that I was hoping for. It grips extremely well on our tile, I sweat all over it and the grip was still consistent for my feet and hands.
