People always want to know if the story is true and was he there. I even told my kids the story so they might fall in love with the song. I've always love this song the most, it's very unique and exudes emotion!
This model being sold is a great kit. Mine got stolen & I had to buy a replacement. To my surprise, they sent me the newer model. The hammer drill has the 3 light settings & the impact driver has the 3 power settings. I also got the newer, slimmer charger. Lucky me.
"2012" is one of my favorite natural disaster/end of the world type movies. This movie has great actors (I love John Cusack) and the graphics are done very well. I've watched a lot of movies like this and you can definitely tell the difference when the disaster scenes are cheaply done. The scenes in this movie are eerily realistic. The story follows several characters in different places and situations, but even the characters not in the main story line are well-developed so you really feel for them and what they're experiencing. This is definitely an action movie, but it's peppered with romance, comedy and suspense, and includes those moments of uneasiness you get in a horror film.
The physical product is a yellow lump of microelectronics with a USB interface, with a NMEA interface that works best with the DeLorme supplied virtual Serial port. The software is a well written but rather complex street mapping program with data for North America. The software stores the maps on the local hard disk, using a large chunk of disk, so an internet connection is not needed to use it. I strongly recommend against using this product in a car, the software interface is too complex to use while driving, you will navigate into a wreck.
Have used prior and found that it did not have as much recent changes as some other software. So we will use it along with GPS in autos. Also needs to be easier to use.
