Been taking these for awhile and my nails are actually breaking off more often than they were before. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair. I won't be reordering these.

Pretty good, but not what her fans are expecting. This is a singer/songwriter album, not a dance album. It makes me think of the Killers with a little bit of Lana Del Rey. Anyone who bought this after hearing the dance single might be disappointed, but it's a nice, calm album.

This is a very well built sturdy machine. It was also very heavy and hard to get inside my home. The delivery company did a good job getting it to the door, but it took two men to get it from the porch to the inside bedroom. However, I feel it is worth the money and a very good machine. I use it to walk and my son uses it to run.
