I agree with some other reviews that this is over priced and exaggerated in its marketing and, equal help can come from some less expensive sources. Reading the book Parent Survival Training gave me more "how tos" than my trial with this kit.

I bought this reading what it would do for my computer. What it did only was tell me what might be wrong with the computer, but to fix what was wrong I had to pay more money to (register the software) before it would fix the problem that I bought it for! It was completely misleading
