I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander straight off the dealership truck brand new and immediately bought this crossbar before pulling away from the dealership. So...I have owned these for over 2 years now and find their aesthetic value to be high and their practical application to be completely and utterly useless. Let me explain, I've strapped down a number of items to these over the 2 year period, whether it's been some wood or my kayak, and the amount of flex or give in these is startlingly bad. I have no confidence in these to hold any amount of weight. The most awkward item would be my 14 foot 78 lb. kayak (w/Thule glide system installed on crossbars). You can literally feel and see whatever you strap down to the crossbars bounce up and down. I paid top dollar for these at the time and am now about to spend another 200-300 dollars on a completely different crossbar due to these shortcomings.

I've been a vegetarian for 28 years now (since I was 7 years old). I bought some daiya "cheese" after hearing the rave reviews online about it. I think I might be a "supertaster" and I am a very picky eater and have Asperger's syndrome. Anyways this stuff tastes excactly the same as if I were to chew on a plastic grocery bag after sprinkling salt on it. It does melt, but after I put it in a couple burritos and other recipes that I like, the texture is gross, and it kept sticking to my teeth after every bite. I had to move my tongue around and try to get it off my teeth after every bite or use my fingers, Disgusting. I guess it is edible though, not melted, but it is pretty nasty, it tastes nothing like real cheese. On the plus side a couple of my cats like it, so they will finish it off for me.

I have use this soap a few times for fighting tinea versicolor and also for bathing a baby to prevent cradle cap. I like that it doesn't have a long list of ingredients or a fragrance to it, and the best part is that it's one of the few items out there that contains 2% zinc pyrithione for a decent cost. Lathers nicely as well.
