It is a very good workout I definitely found out that it was a little much for me to do that much in 25 minutes instead of my usual 40-45 minutes. Would highly recommend this workout to folks that are in better shape that I am.

Tried everything, so far this is the best if your really serious and determined to loose the excess weight then this is for you. I am 140 lbs 5'3" and loss 15 lbs in 2 mos, I'm now on maintenance just taking alkalete and thermo for 2 mos and loss another 5 lbs with no strict dieting. I'm
