I had purchased the original edition of this book several years ago but just never read it until recently. This book has a great deal of valuable information that will definitely help your joints. Going the standard medical route will allow your joints to continue to deteriorate and put you in line for joint replacement before it's over. Following the recommendations in this book will help actually rebuild the cartilage and give you your joints back. Another book I would highly recommend is 

Love this carrier, it unzips on both ends to fold down in a storable flat shape instead of a big bulky pet taxi always in the way. It comes with a comfy pad in the bottom and fits both my adult cats and dachshund on vet trips. Nice made material and easy assembly. Definitely recommend this if you have limited space but need a pet carrier.

This product is amazing. The feel in the hand is solid and you know this is a legit piece of hardware. Shaving is smooth and easy. I've had the most relaxing and satisfying shaves using this product. You don't need to add much pressure when using the device. Cleaning is also very straight forward and quick. The added trimmer is an awesome bonus as well.

Bought this for mainly changing the tire size after my lift. After updating right out of the box, plugged it into my JKU and it loaded up just fine. Was able to change tunes and tweak the different settings with no issues. I maybe got another 1 mpg on the 87 tune as well.

IC3D has a new permanent customer. This filament works great. Very impressed with the consistency and texture of the filament. I like the quality of my prints with this filament, that I decided to order other colors.

Buyer beware though...you pretty much have to buy a $40 extension pack to have more songs, but IMO, it's well worth it.

I did much research on road bikes. I found that this Diamondback Podium 1 was a good fit for me due to the price and the gearing. It is light and very fast. I trust Diamondback because I have used them for most of my adult life. The thing that sold me was the bike and the component combination. It does come with pedals with toe straps. I did have to take it in to my LBS to get the derailleurs and the wheels tuned. ($33) Put a Sigma BC1009 computer on. ($22) Its a fun ride. I due agree that the seat is less than comfortable. I brought the bike to work and 3 of my co-worker may buy the same bike. Hope you found this review a benefit and ride safe!
