Lucinda, Suga! This book was everything. I had to stop and pick it up because my heart was all over it.. smh Macy and Robert deserved everything they got and Joie, she was just bitter and crazy.. I'm glad Emma finally found and love as well as Tiny... thank you..

Went to Iceland for a week and half and used the HECK out of this book! I basically read it cover to cover, as we explored the whole island so would be in each region featured in the book. We found so many tips, things to see, good directions, etc in it. I used it before we went and during, it sat by me in the car our whole trip around the Ring Road (highway that goes around the circumference of the country).

It's a pretty good review guide and I'm crossing my fingers that the scores it's giving me are close to accurate because they're right around where I want them to be.

After using every stool softener, prescription or otherwise - this turned out to be the best at staying regular.

As with most people, I found the 30 minute video compelling so I purchased this product. EVERYTIME I took a capsule I immediately had to run to the bathroom (sorry for the graphic details) but this stuff is like taking 3 diaretic pills at once! Not for me...but their customer service was great and refunded my money in full. I was SO disappointed because I thought I had finally found something that would address severe low metabolism, cortisol problems etc. I didn't have a chance to find out because I was so dehydrated. I would not recommend this product at all.
