i love it although the taste made me puke when i took it on an empty stomach now i mix it in my silk and im happy.my nails are already starting to grow and my skin is definitely changing in a good way. i had faith in the product from all the good reviews i read but there was a bit of doubt.. Not anymore these vitamins do what they say they will do i feel great and i have no doubt my hair will be showing results soon. nothing is a miracle product but with the rite ingredients and condition's will allow anything to flourish including hair,nails,skin etc ! this stuff definitely has the rite ingredients! this product will be in my home for months to come. what your waiting for i dont know :)) best of luck

This product claims to be a YETI - but there is no logo on the product. Not even the clear plastic lid has a logo. I will wait to see if the product keeps ice cold, etc. I feel this is a real rip-off. It LOOKS like a Yeti - put the true Yeti has the dark blue Yeti sticker - plus the Yeti logo is embossed on the stainless steel. Plus the clear plastic lid has the Yeti logo. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A YETI TUMBLER.

This is the latest of the author's books related to QE, and in this book the process is changed slightly and presented as an 'improvement', called 'EuStillness'. The book contains a number of techniques, which are slight variations on the previous QE processes, and all relate to resting in 'pure stillness' with the context of some practical application.

I purchased a tube of Abreva from amazon in anticipation of the cold sores I get every year and sure enough less than a week later there was my cold sore. I was so proud of my self for being prepared for it and was able to use it at the first sign. Used as directed five times per day and wala no difference. Not only did it make no difference but two weeks later I got another cold sore which was worse. I bought a second tube at the drug store and it too did nothing to halt the cold sore. It did stop the itching but the cold sore broke out into full scab and bleeding and took just as long to heal as normal. It is two weeks later and now I have gotten a third cold sore (unusual to get three) and I had a tiny bit left of the Abreva which I got on at the first hint. It once again seems to be having no effect so I am not wasting any more time or money on this product. I'm going back to Campho Phenique.

With such a gap between books in this series she did an excellent job of keeping the story in line. A person could flawlessly pick up the whole series from the beginning and not feel a shift or notice inconsistencies. I hope we see more from this series.
