Being just recently diagnosed with Insulin Resistance this book has been helpful in adjusting my eating habits. Since following the 'program' I have lost 15 pounds. It is difficult but well worth the payoff!

I love this thing. I am a novice builder, and this has helped me tremendously so far. While there are long held techniques meant to hide the methods of joining lumber they are far more advanced and less user friendly for the novice on a budget.

I researched this for a long time before buying and kept coming back to the F80. I'm almost 200 lbs, so I needed something durable and this has worked perfectly. As other reviewers have mentioned, the fan is a joke, but that doesn't really bother me. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. It's also reassuring to have the Sole warranty and brand behind it.

This is probably the best serum I have ever used ! It did seem a little pricey to me at first... considering i can just go down to wal mart and buy a bottle of serum for less than half the price of this but it is so worth it ! I got my first bottle of biosilk silk therapy in May and i still have more than half the bottle left ! I use it about 3X a week along with my hair straightener and the results are amazing ! I have a lot of split ends due to coloring and heat styling and this seems to seal them right up.... it also doesnt weigh down your hair and it doesnt have any scent to it which is nice. I dont think I'll ever switch back to any other hair serum ever again !!

it is a great tool for every electrician. if you ever use it only for one can you will never want to cut the hole with a handsaw again. saves you a lot of time and theres no mess to worry about.i just love it.and my costumers love it too-no mess no stress.

Garcinia Cambogia is a great product in the short time that I have been taking it I can see a huge difference in my energy level. I'm a lot more active at the gym, and the best part is that I don't feel as hungry as I used to. I am so excited about this product, and I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks. In the morning I get a lot more things done. This is great.

Rick Steve's books are really good on the tourist part. Not strong on accommodations and other things but I guess that's why we have the Internet. I just raise it to 4 stars.
