Have used Kaspersky for couple of years. Has kept my computer trouble free and does not slow down my use of the computer. Recommended.
I have been an Avast customer for at least 5 years. Never really had a problem with the program until recently. I called customer support and gave them access to my computer to help me figure what the problem was. After about 15 minutes with them looking through things the guy tell me that he sees what is wrong and that for a cost of over $200 one of there technical guys could fix my problem. All I had to do was pay this outrageous amount and they would set up an appointment for me. And this was on another computer that I had the upgraded version that I paid for! I have never had a problem with the program keeping viruses off my computer but to charge an outrageous price on something like this made me look at Avast in a different way. not happy with their customer support at all
I am one of the few techie people who refuses to make my digital appointment book as my daily appointment book. I like have a permanant hard copy, it is amazing how many times I have had to go back and check out what I did in the past. I also has some amazing travel pics/ideas each month & some other nice options: purchases, things going forward, tip suggestions for other countries, world maps, times zones, etc. I have been using these for 3 years now, for some reason AMEX publishing cannot get one to my house (it has been a huge fiasco, and they never tell me it is not going to be sent despite sending me a confirm email), just glad I have the ability to buy one on Amazon.
Great product but cracked during second use. Mail in warranty service worked and product was replaced at no charge. Problem is it cost $26 to ship to warranty center and this was on us. If it happens again, we'll probably just scrap it.
Good book overall...a lot of is pretty much common sense stuff, but a lot of times we forget common sense. :)
An outstanding product and definitely worth the price you pay. Was shipped in a timely manner and once received was able to use it immediately as it helped me out to complete CLEP tests on a faster pace in order to further my education.
