Tried many toe nail treatments and the ingredients in this product worked very well. I noticed results in 4 days. As far as the price it is pretty much comparable to Walmart but less expensive than at a drug store. Walmart only carries it from time to time so it is a little hard to find in my area.

I'm a pretty good snorer so bad I have been known to wake myself up. I believe it works because when I woke up my mouth wasn't so dry which means I didn't suck in too much air. Second it will take some time getting used to wearing it because it does feel weird in the beginning but it is a soft material and just don't over tighten the velcro. The hardest part was getting used to my hubby ,he laughed and made fun of me but he says he only hears a wee bit of sound and no where near like it was. He is happy

Ive been taking this for two weeks now and its done nothing but make me very very hungry, which is obviously counter productive. I just started adding an appetite suppressant to try to counter the effects and that barley helps
