I was a bit disappointed in this book. I needed detailed information about splitting databases into front and backends. I would have appreciated a discussion about what could go wrong and how to fix problems. Only basic information was presented in the book.

The maps are not usable as I could not expand them. Finding reference material took too much time. Not a good fit as too hard to read in daylight.

I am a very active person, I work out 6 days a week and overall I eat pretty well, but I've been eating too much sugar lately. So, someone recommended this "cleanse" to me, and said it would be perfect for someone like me who wanted to "jump start their metabolism" and cleanse my body.

I've done this cleanse repeatedly over the years and really liked it. HOWEVER, I opened one of the packs from this last kit and an insect literally flew out of the bottle. Now I know these things happen - especially when you are using raw, organic materials, but it really freaked me out. I'm now afraid to buy another one.

My fiance loves this stuff. At first the price seemed ridiculous, but it does smell really good, seems gentle on her hair, and one bottle lasted almost a whole year. I would give it five stars but it really ought to have a conditioner in the same scent to go with it.
