5 star for looks and 3 for performance so I'll give them a 4. Shoes look great and they are good for cross training but I would not recommend for running. If you are the novice runner then they will probably do the trick but you won't normally see most serious runners wearing Nike's. I don't consider myself a runner by any means but during the couple miles I do run after a workout these were giving me shin splints. They've become my casual shoe and look great in jeans.

What an eye opener! I will read and re-read but am definitely taking selenium to avoid Altzheimers and copper to avoid an aneurism every day! Dr. Wallach was a veterinarian first, was in research, and proceed to become a medical doctor. His reasoning is fascinating and the fact that some reviews say there is no medical foundation in his teachings is amusing. Of course there isn't! He's the first one to put it all together!

My can fits so nice and tightly. No sliding. This can cooler is a stainless steel, double wall vacuum design. I love that the top unscrews, to add beverage of choice. It makes it very easy to use! Not only is it easy to use but works great! I tend to keep my coozie in my car. It keeps my drink nice and cold for a long of period of time. I have left it in my car for an hour in Kansas heat while I took my daughter into her gymnastic class.When I came back out an hour later the drink was nice and cold.

I used this product for three months, each bottle a one month supply, and noticed not one difference in my skin. This stuff is a joke....don't waste your money....
